RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that returns or exchanges may occasionally be necessary, and our policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free process. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return. Our goal is to make things right and ensure your complete satisfaction.
Order Cancellations
We recognize that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. Print-to-Order Items (DOBRA Exclusives)
For Print-to-Order items, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please notify us within 30 days of receipt. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue to your satisfaction.
Lost Packages
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the issue is determined to be on our part, we will cover all associated costs.
Address and Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address (if applicable).

Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment (if applicable).
For customers who have not registered an account with DOBRA, please note that any orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim the shipment will not be eligible for reshipping. These items will be donated to charity at your cost, and no refund will be issued.
